Transitional Kindergarten Registration

Transitional Kindergarten classes are located at the following KCUSD school sites. 

To determine your TK site, please see below.

Dunlap

If you live in the Dunlap School attendance area, your child will attend TK at Dunlap School.

Orange Cove

Students who reside in the A.L. Conner and McCord area will attend A.L. Conner TK. 

Students who reside in the Sheridan area will attend Sheridan TK.

Reedley

If you live in the Alta or Jefferson attendance area, your child will attend TK at Jefferson Elementary School.  

If you live in the Silas Bartsch attendance area, your child will attend TK at Silas Bartsch Elementary School.

If you live in the Lincoln attendance area, your child will attend TK at Lincoln Elementary School. 

If you live in the T.L. Reed attendance area, your child will attend TK at T.L. Reed School. 

If you live in the Riverview or Washington attendance area, your child will attend TK at Washington.

If you live in the Great Western attendance area, your child will attend TK at Great Western Elementary School.

Complete the online registration form beginning March 11.

If you are in need of a computer to complete the registration form, please contact the school your child is expected to attend.

Your child's immunization record should have the following:

• Polio (4 doses) 3 doses meet the requirement for ages 4-6 if at least one was given on or after the 4^th birthday
• Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus – DPT (5 doses) 4 doses meet the requirement for ages 4-6 if at least one was on or after the 4^th birthday
• Hepatitis B (3 doses)
• Measles, Mumps, Rubella – MMR (2 doses must both be on or after 1^st birthday)
• Varicella (2 doses)

Beginning March 18, 2024, call your school to schedule your registration verification appointment.

Bring all required documents* including your child's immunization record** to this appointment.  The registration process can not be completed until this appointment has taken place.
