When does the after school program operate?
The after-school program will operate every day that regular school day operates except for the last day before winter break and the last two days before the school year ends.
Students are required to attend every day for the full duration of the program unless they have an early release form on file. Students who have excessive absences or consistently leave early will be dismissed from the program. If your child is going to be absent please notify the office at 559-352-6952.
When does my child check in to the program?
Students must come immediately after school each day and check in with their after-school teacher. If your child is involved in T.L. Reed ports or other activities we can include that time but should come to the program before and after their activity.
Pick up information and walkers
Students can walk home at 4:45 in the fall and at 5:15 in the spring or they can be picked up in room 14. For the safety of the students, we will require identification from any unfamiliar person who arrives to pick up a student. Please be ready to show your ID.
What grade levels does the program serve?
Our program serves K-8th grade students.
Do we pay for after school program services?
The after-school program is a free program open to everyone. However, it is a privileged opportunity. Students are expected to follow the same rules as the regular school day. Those who do not may be dismissed.
